A labor-day long weekend meant we could tick Lakes Entrance off our travel bucket list. We had to cancel our visit to this place a couple of times due to snap lockdowns.

Lakes Entrance is a 4 hours drive from Melbourne and is known for the man-made channel that connects the Bass Strait and the Tasman Sea. There is a huge network of inland waters known as the Gippsland Lakes.
